If you’re interested, here’s a little background on this story:
There was a real “Midge” the books are based on. Adventurous and imaginative, Midge was never without her toy bear.
But because kids are funny and have their own ideas about the world, she insisted he was a cow and called him Moo.
She has grown up a lot since then and no longer carries Moo with her. But he still lives in her room.
The Adventures of Midge and Moo explore the early childhood love that kids can have with their favorite toy. After all, Midge and Moo came home from the hospital when Midge was just two days old. They have been friends for her WHOLE life!
I have heard from so many readers that their kids also have a special, snuggly toy that came home with them from the hospital. I LOVE to hear these stories! You can share them with me on Facebook or email me at kerrymcquaide(at)gmail.com. 🙂
Thanks so much for your interest in Midge and Moo.
